Solution of charging pile based on temperature sensor IC

  In the optical storage and charging system,there are dense power modules,strong adaptability to the environment and high requirements for safety and redundancy,which put forward strict requirements for temperature monitoring.The key components such as IGBT and transformer in the charging pile need real-time temperature tracking,and the energy storage battery cluster relies on multi-point temperature measurement to realize thermal management.As the core component of the sensing layer,temperature and humidity sensor IC is becoming the first choice for information system integration because of its low energy consumption,high precision and small package.According to the data imported from the industry,each charging pile is equipped with 6-8 temperature sensors on average,and the incremental demand for temperature and humidity composite products is particularly significant.

  With excellent compatibility and performance,the IC GX75C series of Zhongke Yinhe core temperature sensor represented by Yingshang has become the first choice for charging pile solutions.The IC chip of the temperature sensor supports 1.8V low-voltage power supply,and can read 12-bit temperature data without external temperature sensing elements,with an error within 1℃in the full temperature range from-55℃to+125℃.The factory pre-calibration design eliminates the user's secondary compensation,which significantly reduces the development threshold.The digital interface of the temperature sensor IC is compatible with SMBus and I2C protocols,and the communication rate is up to 2.3MHz(high-speed mode).The three address lines support eight devices mounted on a single bus,which is suitable for the multi-point layout of the charging pile control panel.
 
 
  GX75C temperature sensor IC has the function of over-temperature detection.Based on programmable upper and lower temperature limits and alarm output pins,GX75C can be used as an independent thermostat or an over-temperature alarm.The common error of temperature sensor IC chip in the temperature range from-25℃to+55℃is only 0.4℃,the 12-bit resolution is 0.0625℃,and the conversion period is 26 ms.The working current is 15μA(12Hz conversion rate)and the turn-off current is 0.3μA,which is suitable for long-term standby scenarios of energy storage devices.1.4V to 5.5V input voltage range support,compatible with various power supply architectures.
